Harry came to me with the goal of completing a marathon while staying healthy throughout the process. Over a 16-week training block, we built a progressive running plan to be executed alongside studying for his masters in Law. We monitored recovery and adjusted training when a knee issue arose. For the last 5+ years, I've been passionate about building strength, improving fitness, and learning how to get the most from training without letting it take over my life.Like many people, I've had to balance my fitness goals alongside full-time work, studying, travelling, and the demands of everyday life. Through years of trial and error, I've learned that long-term success doesn't come from extreme diets or spending hours in the gym—it comes from having a sustainable plan and the right habits in place.My journey started with natural weightlifting, where I focused on building muscle, improving my physique, and developing a strong understanding of training and nutrition. More recently, I expanded my focus to endurance performance, coaching myself to a 3 hour 30 minute marathon while continuing to strength train throughout the process.Today, my goal is to help others do the same.
